Our story starts from a small village 300 miles south of Mumbai, India where Owner and Head Chef Uday Kadam hails from. Learn about his triumphant journey and how he overcame impossible odds to become a world-renowned chef and owner of Guru Indian Restaurant in Clermont, Florida.
